Peer Reviews

The video above shows how to give peer review and how to read feedback from your peers if your teacher has enabled peer reviewing for an assignment.

 

Make peer reviews 

A peer review allows you to give feedback to others students about their assignments. 

 

Follow the steps described under the picture.

To complete a peer review click on Assignments and then open the Peer Review assignment. 

 

Follow the steps described in relation to the picture.

In the submission box to the right, you will find assigned peer reviews. Click the name of one of the assigned peers to start reviewing. Note that you may have to submit your own assignment first before you are able to start the peer reviewing. 

If the student uploaded a file as a submission you could click on View feedback to open the file.

Here you can find different tools to perform you review. You could for example leave a general comment about the submission to the right, add a media comment or attach a file.

If there is a rubric for be used to grading, click the Show Rubric Link and fill it out. Click Save Comments to save your rubric and then Save to save your changes.

 

View assignment feedback 

 

Follow the steps described in relation to the picture.

 On the list view dashboard a Feedback notification will appear if the assignment is peer reviewed. The latest comment on the assignment will also appear underneath the assignment title. To view the full feedback comment and rubric rating, click on the assignment title.
